Chartered flights, choppers to come under Election Commission's scanner

Helicopters and chartered flights of VIPs will be thoroughly checked henceforth, said IPS officer Anand who is special election observer (expenditure) appointed for the assembly constituencies in Trichy and Pudukkottai.
