In a bid to spread the message about the various government welfare schemes using theatre and other cultural expressions, district collector Jayashree Murlidharan on Friday flagged off five different groups, who will visit five village blocks namely Andhanallur, Manikandam, Manapparai, Musiri and Thuraiyur.
